"My daughter recently received one of your compression leos as a hand-me-down from a dance teacher. My daughter is 13 and a competitive dancer, and in the past year grew from an A to a near-D cup. Finding supportive dancewear has been so challenging and has become an emotional issue for her going into this year's competition season. None of her dance teammates are experiencing this issue to the same extent--costumes, dance bras, leos, nothing fits her properly and we struggle to find ways to contain/support her bust. 

 

As you say on your website, it's heartbreaking to deal with confidence issues in dance, especially for a teen. We just ordered another, which she will be wearing as part of her competition costume this year. She is thrilled to find something that will alleviate that self-conscious feeling in the studio and especially on stage. 

 

I wanted to, first, say thank you for having the ambition and drive to create your dancewear line and for creating products that support all bodies, not just tiny ones. For a kid who dances 6 days a week, you have changed her life--that is not an exaggeration. I know she had been starting to wonder if dance was right for her now that she's older and her body has developed. One time wearing one of your leos and I can see her perspective has changed."
