RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY + FAQ

Return & Exchange Policy
Items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged (postmarked at the post office) within **30 days of the purchase date**.

Return Fees

  • We provide prepaid return labels for U.S. customers only
  • A $7.99 return fee will be deducted from all return refunds
  • We allow one free exchange per order
  • Exchanges must be for the same style in a different size or color

Once your returned item has shipped, your exchange item will be processed and sent out.

Need another size or style after your first exchange? We’ll process it as a return, and you can place a new order.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A $7.99 return fee will be deducted from all return refunds
  • International customers are also responsible for exchange shipping costs

Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All Sale Section items (**FINAL SALE**)
  • Gift cards

Holiday Return Window
Purchases made between **November 24th and December 19th** may be returned through **January 19th**, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Return Conditions
Items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Unused, unworn, and in resellable condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In like-new condition with no visible wear

Additional conditions:

  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on leotards
  • Soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered items will not be accepted
  • Non-resellable items will be returned to the customer at their expense
  • Returns of more than 10 items are subject to a **$2.00 per item** restocking fee

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please submit a return using the “Manufacturing Defect” option within 3 days of delivery.

Please upload clear photos of the issue in the return portal for review.

  5. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions

How do I ship back my items?
Pack your return with the return slip included.
You may use the original shipping box or another secure package.

  • U.S. customers receive prepaid return labels within our return portal
  • International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping

All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
