RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged (post marked at the post office) within 30 days of the purchase date. 

 

A $7.99 return fee will be deducted from all returns.

 

Exchanges are free of charge.

 

We allow one free exchange per order within 30 days of the purchase date. Need another size or style after your first exchange? No problem—we’ll process it as a return, and you can place a fresh order.

CONDITIONS: 

• Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect the return and process it within 7-10 business days. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that the total time for processing your return and issuing a refund or exchange may vary based on your financial institution. 

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

• Undergarments must be worn when trying on leotards. 

• Products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted or refunded. 

• The product must be in like new condition with no visible wear, tags attached. 

• If a product is not in resellable condition, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 

• Returns of more than 10 items are subject to a restocking fee of $2.00 per item which will be deducted from the refund.

 

EXCHANGES: 

We accept different size or color exchanges of the same style. Please check our website to make sure the new item you are requesting is in stock.
